Returns

We want you to love your new pieces from MTL. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re happy to offer returns on eligible items, subject to the following guidelines:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Return:

Please email us at hello@mtnthrdslifestyle.com to initiate a return.

Return Shipping:

• Returns are subject to an $8.99 return shipping fee.

Packaging:

Please securely package your return in its original condition to ensure it arrives safely.

Refunds & Processing:

• We’ll process your refund immediately once we receive your returned item.
• The refund usually appears on your card within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In that case, we’ll cover return shipping.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can quickly resolve the issue.

Please Note:

We reserve the right to refuse or delay any refund if items are not returned in their original condition or if the return request is made outside of the specified time frame.
